Portland

Introduction

Portland is a city in Oregon. In the Anaxverse, it is a hotspot for monster hunting. After the well-intentioned Siri Solen released tortured monsters from a research lab, much of the area around Portland became overrun with monsters. Furthermore, with many magical artifacts finding their way their due to port business, many factions seek out the city. To help stop many of these menaces, a group of monster hunters do what they can to provide safety to the general public. This group call themselves The Night Stalkers. It is the location of several important environments, including the Portland Museum, and The Sanctuary.

Biography

Portland is the primary location in the novel Desideratum: Blood Bonds. It follows the journey of Absinthe Van Gothen and Brone Lorcan, who are trying to stop Ivor from acquiring powerful artifacts.
