New York City

New York City, from the state of New York, is a highly contested zone in the Anaxverse. The site of multiple novels, NYC is a battleground for various factions. The Erebus Building is elected there, originally founded by Dagan Erebus. His current cult is also located in the city, and many of the officials have joined his side. The Giggler attacked the New York Presbyterian Hospital there as well. During The Invasion, the Infectulons attacked the Erebus Building, and gained a foothold in NYC. In the non-canonical game Slugs and Bugs: Conversion, New York City is where the conversions take place.
