Biography
Pre-Cult of Corruption: The Summoning
Devany grew up like any other girl, but she had always harbored hypersexual tendencies. Even as far back as elementary school, teachers would catch her trying to kiss boys or putting toys, erasers, pens, and other things under her dress. Her behavior often caused her trouble, but from her perspective she was normal. She ended up befriending a neighbor girl named Celeste Brighton. Unlike Devany, Celeste would spend all her time playing video games or lurking on computers, and Devany took it upon her self to try and get Celeste out of her shell.
The pair met Bo Wyatt in high school, along with Ray, Matt, and the other gaming nerds. They hung out often, but Devany wanted Bo. She was not in love with him or anything, and in fact, Dev had never really fallen in love. She wanted his virginity. Something about a high school boy that had never had sex turned her on, but he always, bashfully, declined her attempts. She grew up and eventually opened her own hair salon. When Nergal’s corruption came to town, a girl like Devany had little to no hope. She reveled in the darkness, happy to spread it to others.
Cult of Corruption: The Summoning
In Cult of Corruption: The Summoning, Devany is a friend of Celeste Brighton, and sees Bo Wyatt at her house. Devany is an outgoing girl, and is a potential aide to Bo early on in the novel. In a canonical pure playthrough, Devany is corrupted midway through the novel. In a non-canonical corrupted playthrough, she can be turned into a Roach Queen.

Devany is an attractive 27 year old, who flaunts her sexuality.
