MedUSA is a corporation well known in the Anaxverse. They supply Americans with everyday household items from shampoo to the plastics used in countless items. They also supply the government with research into bioweaponry among other things. However, an animal rights activist grew tired of the inhumane testing and conditions of the MedUSA albs in regards to the animals there. While infiltrating one of their labs in Montauk, New York, she discovered that it was far more horrific than she imagined.

They were using the very same xenopox serum seen in Desideratum: Blood Bonds on animals and humans. The results were mutants as we have seen in the Portland Sewers in the aforementioned game. Mad with rage, she managed to free the mutants and destroy the lab. Of course, MedUSA labeled her a terrorist. Soon she was shunned by everyone she ever knew- including the very group that had sent her undercover. Driven to the brink, she abandoned everything and used her mutants as minions. Thus, the Zookeeper was born. With armies of mutants at her command, she lashes out at society. Sickened by the world around her, she plans to use xenopox to turn everyone in New York into her mutant thralls. Will Trixie end up a furry pet or can she find a way to stop this villain?
