Biography
Pre-Slugs and Bugs: Invasion
Emma always has a positive attitude, and no one has ever heard her say one bad thing about anyone. She loves animals, and in her spare time, she volunteers with the ASPCA. In fact, she adopted her new kitty, Mr. Opie, from the animal shelter. When she woke to see the news, she panicked in her own way. She smiled and made breakfast to fight her building anxiety, and she went to work early in order to focus on anything besides the impending possible doom.
Slugs and Bugs: Invasion
In Slugs and Bugs: Invasion, Emma is a positive, young intern working at the Erebus Financial Services. Katelyn Addams spores her early in the novel. Emma lost all semblance of her personality. She left the room and began helping the Invaders by spraying the walls with more spores to help create sealed incubation chambers. However, once her task was done, she took a spore pod to a room, and sat in wait, ready to ambush any unsuspecting human that might come along.

Emma is a small, skinny girl of 20 years old. She has a positive demeanor and friendly smile.

When the invasion began, Emma ran and hid in a file room. There, the small, skinny woman remained wedged between two shelves. Hours passed, until the door opened, and between the files, Emma could see Katelyn Addams- yet she was green and wet! She carried a purple pod and, sniffing the air, she quickly located Emma. Kate said nothing, coldly holding the giant pod near Emma’s trembling face, it erupted a purple mist into her face. Then, carrying the pod, Kate casually walked out of the room. That was the end of Emma Thompson. At first, she coughed and choked. Emma rubbed her eyes, unknowingly spreading spores. By the time Justine found her, Emma’s mind had become docile and obedient. Not long after Justine left, Emma’s body mutated as the tiny spores rebuilt her into an alien.

After her transformation, Emma's face turned into an open cavity, spewing out spores. Her nipples were replaced in the same way, as her skin turned a light purple color.
