Introduction
The Giggle Gang are a mutant and human faction, headed by The Giggler. Their intent is the clownification and insanity sparked happiness of everyone. They make up one of several different super villain groups that inhabit New York.

Through the use of chemicals and gases, The Giggler is able to transform his victims into insane clowns. The females become Giggle Girls, who wish to do nothing but kill and laugh. Following the will of The Giggler, they are volatile, unhinged women. Chaos follows where they go, and they remain laughing the entire way.
