The Fairy Queen or Queen of the Fairies is a figure from Irish and British folklore, believed to rule the fairies, and such they do. These are some of the eldest fairies in all the Physical World. As with regular fairies, the queens are divided into the Seelie Court (more beneficently inclined, but still dangerous), and the Unseelie Court (more malicious). Absinthe Van Gothen was required by the goddess Hecate to obtain the blessing of the local fairy queen of Oregon’s Forest National Park. This sent the monster hunter on a quest, and she managed to locate the home of a leprechaun by imbibing a fae drink. After shrinking and searching that home, Abby obtained the leprechaun’s lucky coin. She then returned to her normal size and took this artifact to a fairy fountain in the forest. Sacrificing such a powerful item, she tossed it into the water, and the fairy queen appeared. She healed Absinthe’s body and even her mind- and this blessing was imperative because it helped block the direct influence of Vlad Țepeș thereafter. | The Fairy Queen or Queen of the Fairies is a figure from Irish and British folklore, believed to rule the fairies, and such they do.
