Acolytes of Nuit stand as the most fervent zealots of the goddess, perhaps even more so than the priests of the Cult of Night, the latter having reached a level of power whereupon politics takes the place of true belief in any deity. Generally armed with little more than faith and a sacrificial dagger, these scholars of the vampiric religion spend untold years studying anything that can be found regarding Nuit and her place in history. Decades ago, as Ivor weaved his plans, he began summoning acolytes to his lair, bidding them to bring any information that they had regarding Nuit and offering them his protection for the sharing of their knowledge. Many came, and many more in recent years as it became clear that Ivor grew close to finding a way to bring their revered goddess back into the Physical World. | Acolytes of Nuit stand as the most fervent zealots of the goddess, perhaps even more so than the priests of the Cult of Night, the latter having reached a level of power whereupon politics takes the place of true belief in any deity.
